Data we collect
We collect only what you send us voluntarily, plus what is strictly necessary to measure how the site is used.
- Pre-operative questionnaire (quote request): your identity, contact details, age, medical history, current medication, the procedure you are considering and any photographs you choose to attach.
- Analytics: pages viewed, referrer, device type and language, via Google Analytics 4, only after your explicit consent.
- Nothing is collected simply by browsing the site before you answer the cookie banner.
Purposes and legal basis
Questionnaire data is processed for one purpose only: to give you a preliminary medical opinion and a personalised quote, and then to provide your follow-up care if you become a patient of the practice. The legal basis is your explicit consent, and the performance of the care relationship once it begins.
Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Health data
The medical history and photographs you send through the questionnaire are health data. They are covered by medical confidentiality and are seen only by the surgeon and, where relevant, the medical team involved in your care. They are never used for advertising and never published without separate, specific written consent.
Retention
Quote requests that do not lead to treatment are kept for as long as is needed to handle the request, then deleted. The records of patients who undergo surgery are kept in line with the statutory retention requirements for medical records.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be shared with the clinic where your surgery takes place and with the anaesthetic team, solely as needed for your care, and with our hosting and email providers, limited to what their task requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to drachrafdaoud@gmail.com. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
