Rhinoplasty is the cornerstone of facial harmony surgery. It aims to bring the proportions of the nose into line with the rest of the face, while respecting your identity.
Our approach is deliberately conservative: we work in millimetres, with a view to fine, natural refinement. The aim is never a nose that looks "done", but one that no longer draws attention.
Depending on the case, we perform either closed rhinoplasty (no external scar) or open rhinoplasty. A precise morphological simulation is always carried out at the consultation.
Step by step
Consultations
Two preliminary consultations, a 3D simulation and a full pre-operative work-up.
Procedure
Under general anaesthetic, in a clinic. Nasal packing is not needed in most cases.
Recovery
Nasal splint for 7 days, bruising for 10 days, with a gradual return to activity over 3 weeks.
Result
Gradual refinement over 6-12 months, with the final result at 1 year.

Allow 7-10 days off social activities, and 3 weeks before returning to sport.
With closed rhinoplasty, there is no external scar. With open rhinoplasty, there is a fine scar beneath the columella, which fades to become barely visible.
