Buttockimplants
Shape and round the buttocks, long term.
The right touch, a singular approach
Buttock implants increase volume and improve projection in patients who do not have enough fat reserves for a fat transfer (BBL). The implants are placed within or beneath the gluteus maximus muscle through a discreet incision in the natal cleft.
Buttock implants are made of cohesive silicone elastomer, designed to withstand the mechanical stress of sitting and physical activity. The intramuscular approach is preferred for a natural look and better long-term stability.
The procedure can be combined with complementary fat transfer to improve the overall harmony of the silhouette (hips, gluteal fold).
Step by step
Pre-operative consultation
Morphological assessment, choice of implant size and profile, and simulation of the result.
Procedure
Incision in the natal cleft, creation of a pocket within the gluteus maximus muscle and placement of symmetrical implants.
Post-operative recovery
A compression garment is worn, prolonged sitting is limited in the first weeks, and activities are resumed gently.

You may be wondering…
It is recommended to avoid prolonged sitting for 3-4 weeks to avoid displacing the implants and to support healing.
Placed in an intramuscular position, they are barely palpable and are designed to give a natural, harmonious result.
Modern buttock implants are designed to last several decades. Regular check-ups are nonetheless recommended.
